Accommodation Contents Deposit/Damage Waiver -
On arrival you will pay, in cash, a contents deposit of £100 per
accommodation. This will be refunded at the end of the holiday if
everything is ok with the contents of your accommodation. As an
alternative to the accommodation/contents deposit you can choose to
pay a £10 waiver at the time of booking. This will automatically
be added to your invoice unless you inform us otherwise at the time of
booking. Please remember this payment will cover you for accidental
damage. Damage caused deliberately will NOT be covered. Even if you
pay the waiver you must still pay the cleaning deposit.
Accommodation Cleaning Deposit -
On arrival you will pay, in cash, a £20 per accommodation
cleaning deposit. This will be refunded at the end of the holiday
providing the accommodation is in a clean condition.
Accommodation Arrival -
Due to a shortage of time between change-overs and the obvious problems
this gives us in cleaning and preparing your accommodation your
accommodation will not be ready for occupancy until 4.00pm on the day
of your arrival. You can of course decide to occupy your accommodation
before this time, but you do so without any redress against Inter Brava
Ltd regarding the cleanliness of your accommodation.
Out of Hours Arrivals / Departures -
Arrivals are normally between 4pm - 10pm.
After 10pm vehicles are not allowed on or off site until 8pm the next morning,
therefore any arrivals/departures during this period will have to carry their
own luggage to/from their own accommodation.
Any arrivals/departures between midnight and 8am will
incur a 20 Euros out of hours fee (payable locally to your representative.
Vacating Accommodation -
On day of departure your accommodation must be vacated by 10a.m. The
accommodation MUST be left clean and tidy or cleaning charges will be
levied at the rate of £15 per hour or part of. Inter Brava Ltd
can not be held responsible for the purchase of meals or drinks in the
event of departure delays.
Air Conditioning -
The modern air conditioning units we use in our accommodations are extremely
reliable. However we work on the theory that if something can break down it
will break down. Inter Brava will endeavour to repair such units with the
minimum delay. Refund/Compensation for lack of facilities will be paid to
clients on their return home. If your air conditioning unit is out of action
for between 24-72 hours we will refund you £20. After 72 hours anyone on
a two week holiday will be refunded the full amount you have paid for this
facility. Obviously once the unit is repaired you will then receive your air
conditioning free of charge. No other compensation is
payable.
Complaints -
If you have a complaint during your holiday, please inform our local
Representatives immediately, who will do their best to help you there
and then. If the matter cannot be put right on the spot, you must
record the details of your complaint with our Representative on a
Holiday Report form, one copy of which will be given to you and the
other copy sent to our Head Office. You must follow up your complaint
with a letter to our customer relations department at our head office
(quoting your invoice number) within 28 days of returning from your
holiday. We will NOT acccept liability in
respect of claims that we receive after that date or those which have
not been reported to our staff and a complaints form duly completed.

E1.11 Certificate / Europe Health Insurance Card -
IMPORTANT
This is essential in order to receive free or reduced medical costs in
E.U Countries. From 1st January 2006 all old E111 Forms must be replaced
by a new application, which will result in you being issued with a
European Health Insurance Card. Applications forms are available from
most Post Offices.
The E1.11 is not a substitute for holiday insurance.
LUGGAGE -
If you are booking your own flights to Spain, please make yourself aware of your chosen
airlines luggage allowances. Thus avoiding hefty excess luggage charges.
DEPOSITS
Accommodation Rental Holidays -
Depending on accommodation booked a non-refundable deposit of between
£100-£200 per week, per accommodation is payable at time of booking.
Final Information -
Final information and tickets will be sent on payment of your final
balance 8 weeks prior to departure, or, when final balance is paid
for booking less than 8 weeks prior to departure.
Insurance -
Make sure that you are adequately covered by insurance. An E1.11 Health
Card is not enough. If you intend taking part in activities or sports
you may well require additional insurance. Inter Brava Ltd willbe happy
to quote you for insurance to meet all your needs. If you travel without
insurance Inter Brava WILL NOT assist you
financially in any way what-so-ever if you incur problems.
Satellite TV -
In all accommodations offering this facility please note that the channels
you receive on satellite TV depend on accommodation you book. In general
you can expect BBC1 and 2, news channel such as CNN or BBC World, plus in
many cases Eurosport. Any other channels you receive are a bonus. Loss of
English speaking channels are beyond Inter Brava`s control and no compensation
is paid.
Seasonal Variations -
It is always very difficult for us to give an exact description of the
facilities and atmosphere holidaymakers can expect from a resort. They
are to a certain extent open to individual interpretation. What to one
person is too busy and noisy is to another not enough going on. Even on
exactly the same holiday seasonal variations can give a significantly
different atmosphere and style of holiday. In general, if you take your
holiday in July and August you can expect all facilities open to you, both
within your accommodation and resort. In June and September most facilities
will still be available though some resort facilities may not fully be
available. In May and October some reduction of resort and accommodation
facilities can be expected though the added space both on beaches and resorts
for most visitors at this time is a real bonus. In setting our prices both
Inter Brava and our suppliers have taken these factors into consideration.
If you are travelling outside of the main season and the availability of a
particular facility is very important in your choice of holiday please call
our experienced reservation department for advice.
Special Requests -
We will do our best to comply with any special requests but we wish to point
out that special requests are not a condition of booking. If you are
travelling with another party and wish to be next to each other
please complete the necessary request on your booking form.
